Do You accept Card Payments?
Yes. We accept all major cards including apple and Samsung Pay as long as the venue has WIFI or 3G / 4G Signal.
How Many Staff do you supply?
The bar will always be staffed by at least 2 fully trained members of staff. More can be added at no extra cost if needed.
What is the staff uniform?
We believe in looking the part, all staff wear black trousers / skirts with white shirts and formal footwear.
We are more than happy to dress to match your theme (Peeky Blinders anyone??)
When do you need to access the venue?
Ideally we need to access the venue before the event. However if that is not possible we will discuss with you beforehand.
Are You Legal?
Of Course. Mary & Andy are both personal license holders (Allows the legal sale of alcohol)
If the venue does not have a premises license (don't worry most don't) then we will apply for this as part of your booking fee.
What do you serve drinks in?
We try to be as green as possible! Drinks are served in bio-degradable glassware (looks identical to plastic) or glass if the venue allows.
Are you
insured?
Yes. Public, Personal & Product liability up to 10M
What about children?
It is illegal under the licensing act 2003 to serve alcohol to under 18's
We stock a variety of soft drinks, Mocktails and can offer unlimited squash (2 flavors) for the duration of your event for a one off payment of £25.00 (Wedding Offer Only)
How long can you stay Open?
We are not one to stop a good party. We will be guided by licensing laws and venue restrictions. This will be discussed and agreed on a case by case basis.
What do you need to operate?
Ideally a 240v power supply (although we can arrange for a generator) and water close by.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, this is detailed in the T&C's.
