Your Event

So how does it work.....

Most importantly we believe in working very closely with you right from the start so that you get the bar style and options that you want.

We will always arrange a face to face meeting (ideally at the venue) prior to your event.

Booking Costs

There aren't any hidden charges when you book with us.

Once you have decided that we are right for you all we ask is a one off Booking Fee

This includes & secures:-

- Secures the chosen date

- Full bar hire for the duration of your event

- The option to customize the bar (including drinks)

- We secure the Temporary Events Notice (TEN) to ensure your event is 100% legal

- A minimum of 2 fully licensed and competent staff (More if needed)

- Glassware / Biodegradable Glassware

- Removal of all waste created by ourselves

Environmentally Friendly

We’re passionate about reducing our environmental footprint, that's why we serve all our drinks from disposable cups that are fully compostable and made from vegetables where possible

We also only use paper straws.

Glassware available if required / or if venue allows.

Any kind of bar option plus drinks on arrival, wine on tables, and bubbles for the toast.

Fully Custom

You tell us what you would like.

The sky really is the limit....

Dry Hire

Simply hire the trailer, fully equipped and ready for service. You bring the drinks, and we provide the bar and staff to serve them on the day.

If you wish, our team can purchase alcohol for a small fee. The dry bar fee is £75.00 per hr (MInimum 4 Hr Hire)

Payment Options

Pre-Paid

Pay for your drinks in advance or run a tab and enjoy it for as long as it lasts before topping up or reverting to a cash bar.

Cash & Card (pay as you go)

We supply everything and your guests pay for their own drinks.

Can be subsidised if you want to make it cheaper for your guests.

Welcome Drinks Packages

?Looking for more than just a bar

We are able to offer welcome drinks and wine on the table packages from as little as £4.50 per person

All requirements are unique and we are always more than happy to provide a no obligation quote

Childrens Drinks

We understand that purchasing childrens drinks from a bar can be expensive.

We are delighted to offer an unlimited Squash refill station available for children throughout your wedding day!
